Though we serve clients all across the state, our Raleigh, NC location allows us to have boots on the ground for all stages of the administrative hearing and disciplinary process.
Our experience is broad, but we focus our practice on occupational and professional license defense, character and fitness hearings, student conduct defense, administrative law, business law, and white collar criminal defense. Landon White has over a decade of experience representing clients in administrative investigations, administrative hearings, criminal investigations, criminal proceedings, and civil litigation. He has championed clients in front of dozens of administrative boards and the Office of Administrative Hearings, as well as state, federal, student, and military courts. He has experience in the District and Superior Courts of more than 50 of North Carolina’s 100 counties and all three federal districts.
Landon has been named a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys Top 10 Under 40. He has edited a published legal treatise and is regularly asked to present at seminars.
Outside of the office and courtroom, Landon enjoys overlanding, fly fishing, mountain biking, exercising, and most other outdoor activities.
Attorney Landon White earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law with a focus in Trial Advocacy after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Landon White Law contributes to the North Carolina Symphony, the North Carolina Museum of Art, and the North Carolina chapter of the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America.
Attorney Landon White is an active member of Hayes Barton United Methodist Church and volunteers with local high school Distributive Education Clubs of America.
